Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Pat the chicken wings thoroughly dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
Add the oil and toss to coat.
Season with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, salt, paprika, black pepper, and cornstarch. Toss thoroughly until every wing is evenly coated.
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place an oven-safe wire rack on top and spray the rack with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the rack without overcrowding.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through cooking.
Cook until browned and crispy and the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Meanwhile, melt the unsalted butter for the sauce.
Stir in the fresh lemon juice, 1–2 teaspoons salt-free lemon pepper seasoning, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Transfer the cooked wings to a clean bowl.
Pour the lemon pepper butter sauce over the hot wings and toss until evenly coated.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
