Preheat oven to 350° F
In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Mix well and set aside.
In a separate bowl soak the bread in the milk for 2-3 minutes until softened.
In a sauce pan sauté diced onion, bell pepper and garlic until softened. Let the vegetables cool slightly before adding to the meat mixture
In a large bowl combine ground beef, soaked bread, milk, eggs, sautéed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
Shape meat mixture into a loaf and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully drain excess grease, then spread glaze over the top. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160° F
Let meatloaf to rest 15 minutes before cutting.
