Easy Homemade Meatloaf (Juicy & Flavorful Every Time)
Who doesn't love a juicy meatloaf? This one is everything you'd want in a meatloaf. It's juicy, flavorful, and very easy to make. It's a classic comfort food that you and your family will love.

- Preheat oven to 350° F
- In a small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate bowl soak the bread in the milk for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- In a sauce pan sauté diced onion, bell pepper and garlic until softened. Let the vegetables cool slightly before adding to the meat mixture
- In a large bowl combine ground beef, soaked bread, milk, eggs, sautéed vegetables, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Mix until just combined.
- Shape meat mixture into a loaf and bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, carefully drain excess grease, then spread glaze over the top. Return to oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160° F
- Let meatloaf to rest 15 minutes before cutting.

This recipe makes a large family-size meatloaf (3 lbs)- For a smaller portion, use 1 – 1.5 lbs of ground beef and cut the remaining ingredients in half.
